Returns Policy

Team360Sports.com is a local Denver, CO business committed to selling quality products to all ages and genders. We are not a drop-ship from china business. All of our products are purchased and shipped from our vendors located in the United States. We serve all kinds of clients, including individuals, schools, team sports, small businesses, and corporates. Our services include logo design and customized merchandise. We embellish our merchandise in house and through designated embellishing companies, depending on the brand you purchase. We purchase all of our brand name items such as Nike, Adidas, North Face, Puma directly or through designated vendors; therefore, our products are not knock-offs, counterfeits, or imitation products. Our customers can purchase a single item or bulk items. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at returns@team360sports.com. We’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept items sent back without requesting a return first. You can always contact us for any return question at returns@team360sports.com. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, like closeouts or custom print products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on closeout items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund you the total amount on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping

All orders from team360sports.com or our affiliate vendors received by 11:00 Am Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday will process the same day. It may take a day or two to package your order and prepare it for shipping. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is shipped. Custom merchandise will take longer to ship, and team360sports.com will contact you to complete your customization request and schedule a timeline for your order to print and ship to your address. Team360sports.com uses its shipping service and third party companies and shipping methods. Our shipping charges are weight-based and derived from our third party shipping companies, mainly USPS and UPS.
